Hi, we’re Connection Lost Productions
and we’re developing a mobile, puzzle game called TÖKEN (Pronounced Tooken ^^) Now we’re a bunch of board game lovers and video game developers. Our Friday nights tend to start out a lot like this… In our attempts to make something cool we invented TÖKEN. TÖKEN is similar to chess in the sense that it feels like one of those old classic games. It feels like a game that has history It’s a lot like Chinese Checkers. You play on a hex based grid and each player is trying to get from the starting side to their opposite side TÖKEN is played with three players. Each trying to get from their starting side to their win zone on the opposite side. You can move one space per turn.
And place one wall per turn. You must move, you cannot skip your turn.
You must also place a wall. Once a wall has been placed,
no player may move through it. You also can’t block off every path
a player has to their win zone. There must always be a way for them to reach the end. This quickly turns the game into a maze race. Where there are always two players
vs the player in the lead. You’ll want to slow your partner’s progress

The team is holding themselves to a strict schedule. with vertical slice being ready for EB Expo, our featured Alpha being ready by the 16th of October. our completed beta by the 16th of November, and our polished release up on the Apple Market by the 27th of November. If TÖKEN is received well and we get support we’d like to expand the project a bit. Complete with online multiplayer, social media integration and cross-platform release.
