Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make moong dal khasta Kachori We can make it at home like market Which is simple and instant Let’s start making Kachori MAIDA- 2 CUP AND ADD CAROM SEEDS- 1 TSP YELLOW MOONG DAL- 1/2 CUP Soaked in water for 2 hours Remove extra water and make dry Ghee- 1/4 cup GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1 TSP SALT TO TASTE AESOFETIDA- 1/4 TSP OIL AS NEEDED JEERA- 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP CORIANDER POWDER- 2 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/2 TSP SUGAR- 1 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER- 1/2 TSP BLACK SALT- 1/2 TSP BESAN – 4 TBSP FUNNEL SEEDS- 1 TBSP AND WHOLE CORIANDER SEEDS- 1 TBSP COARSELY GRINDED Let’s start making Kachori Add salt to tast into maida bowl Add ghee in it Mix well Add little water and make dough Make soft dough So that we can make easily kachori Soft dough is ready now Close the lid and put it for rest Mean while prepare stuffing Add moong dal into mixi jar And coarsely grind it Don’t make smooth paste Close the lid Dal is coarsely grinded Don’t make smooth paste You can see whole dal in it For making stuffing Put a kadai on gas Add 3- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now add jeera After crackling jeera add aesofetida Keep the flame slow Add coarsely grinded coriander seeds and funnel seeds Add red chilly powder Add coriander powder Add turmeric powder Add besan Mix well and keep the flame slow So that spices does not stick Roast besan for 2 minutes
