Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy Kitchen Today we will make Spinach Pakode Today we will Pakode with less oil Which is crisp Let’s start making Pakode BESAN- 2 CUP WATER- 1 CUP SALT TO TASTE GREEN CHILLY – 3 CHOPPED RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/2 TSP CAROM SEEDS- 1/2 TSP GINGER SMALL AND GARLIC – 7 TO 8 ( PASTE) SPINACH – 400 GM OIL FOR FRY Let’s start making pakode Take a kadai and put it on gas add besan in it Keep the flame slow Roast it for 2 to 3 minutes Roast till besan change it’s colour Besan is roasted now and off the gas Add besan into spinach Add chopped green chilly Add ginger and garlic paste Add carom seeds Add salt to taste Add red chilly powder Mix it with hand Add little water Mix them Batter is ready now Put a kadai on gas and add oil in it We need hot oil for Pakode Oil is heated now Add pakode one by one into oil and keep the flame medium Check Pakode Flip Pakode Fry till they become golden crisp Pakode become golden brown Take out into a plate
