Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Mathari from semolina Those who don’d like all purpse flour they can this type of Mathari Which is crisp and delicious You can take it in travelling You can serve it as breakfast or snacks with tea Let’s start making Mathari SEMOLINA- 2.5 CUP OIL- 1/2 CUP JEERA- 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS- 1 TSP KASOORI METHI- 1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 1 TSP SALT TO TASTE Preparation for dough Add oil into semolina Add jeera Add kasoori methi Add black pepper powder Add carom seeds Add salt to taste Mix well Add little water and make soft dough Use warm water for dough Make soft dough Because of semolina will be puffed So that keep soft dough Keep dough for 15 to 20 minutes After 20 minutes check semolina Dough became hard Semolina puffed up Make 6 equal part of dough And make big peda Take one peda and make big roti Keep little thick roti Make hole with fork So that Mathari will not puffed up We use small glass for cut it You can use cookie cutter also You can make big or small size Mathari Put oil for hot Put Mathari into a plate Make peda from left over dough Oil is heated now We need medium hot oil for fry Put one bu one Mathari for fry Keep the flame slow Flip Mathari Fry till they become golden brown Mathari become golden brown Take out into a plate Fry left over Mathari same way Mathari is fried now and serve into plate You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes
