Colin Rice describes his 3D printed travel chess board

Okay Colin, I’m going to show
the people this amazing 3D printed chess board. I understand that the board itself you designed.
Can you tell me how you did it? Colin: Well I used a program that is online, it’s called Tinkercad. And I just, it was very easy to make because it’s a very simple… Tinkercad is very simple to use, for me anyway. Other people say it’s hard, but… I designed the board pieces, I made the pieces
fit together. I had to do some filing on the actual um key pieces Keys, which are these pieces right here, it’s
to hold the board together because we want it to be portable. It’s like a puzzle. So that it’s actually portable. Because the full board we can not fit on our printer and it would be very hard to transport so We put it into four pieces and now we have two boards in here plus probably two chess sets as well. So two entire chess sets in a bag. Camera person: That’s awesome. Congratulations,
it’s beautiful. Colin: Yes, thanks
