Today we will make whole wheat Mathari We add semolina it You can serve it as breakfast or snacks Let’s start making whole wheat Mathari WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR- 2 CUPS TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1.5 TSP Salt to taste OIL – 5 TBSP SWMOLINA – 2 TBSE CAROM SEEDS- 1 TSP OIL FOR FRY For making dough Add oil and coriander powder Add carom seeds Add red chilly powder Add salt to taste Add turmeric powder Add semolina Mix well Add little water and make dough Make stiff dough Dough is ready Close lid and put for 20 minutes After 20 minutes knead dough So that dough become soft Make three equal parts of dough Make peda For making Puri Put peda on chakla Make roti with rolling pin Keep thick roti Take fork and prick roti For make puri Take small glass Make puri with glass You can also use cookie cutter instead of glass Make all puries Put puri into plate Put oil for heat Prepared left over puri same way Oil is heated now Keep the flame slow Fry till they become golden brown Flip puries Puri become golden brown and crisp Take out into a plate Prepare left over puri same way Puri is ready now Serve into serving plate You surely try it at home
